At Monument View Bible Church we are a church body that is “passionate about knowing Christ and making Him known.” One of the ways we are making Him known is through our Uganda Church Planting Ministry. With assistance from Grace Bible Church in Colbran, Colorado this will be the 4th annual church plant in Eastern Uganda. Our goal is to raise $36,000 to purchase land, build a church building and pastor’s parsonage, and drill a fresh water well. Each team member on the trip is responsible for raising $3,300 to provide for their airfare, lodging, in-country travel and food. The team spends two weeks encouraging previous church plants, sharing the Gospel of Christ throughout the local villages, schools and prisons, ministering to orphans at Lulwanda Children’s Home, dedicating the new church plant and encouraging one another in Christ! Because God has blessed us to pursue this mission, we are able to join in building Christ’s church in Uganda. Through prayer and financial support you too are able to join Team Uganda 2010.
